Welcome to Blue Mountain Comp

Blue Mountain Comp stands out as a compelling choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience without stretching their budget. Nestled at 108 Jozo Weider Blvd in The Blue Mountains, Ontario, this hotel offers a solid 3.9-star rating backed by guests who appreciate its prime location and well-rounded amenities. The proximity to the village makes it easy for guests to enjoy all the local attractions on foot, while the availability of free Wi-Fi, parking, and an on-site restaurant enhances the overall stay.

Guests frequently highlight the unique leisure facilities, especially the indoor pool and multiple outdoor hot tubs, which shine as key features that encourage relaxation after a day of exploration. The presence of a golf course and tennis courts further enriches the active lifestyle options available, catering well to families, couples, and solo visitors alike. Pet-friendly policies and smoke-free environments add layers of comfort and inclusivity.

However, the property shows subtle signs of age; some rooms are noted for their smaller size and wavering beds. Reports of carpet wear and the front landscaping needing revitalization suggest areas ripe for refreshing. Yet, thoughtful touches like clean linens, high-quality toiletries, and even alcohol wipes for remote controls signal a genuine care for guest comfort and hygiene. The newly renovated lobby also lends a welcoming, modern feel upon arrival.

Customer experiences reflect a balance of efficient service with room for improvement. While room readiness can occasionally lag, as in the case of family check-ins during busy seasons, the hotel's responsiveness through virtual assistants demonstrates an effort to accommodate guest needs swiftly.

Ultimately, Blue Mountain Comp appeals to those valuing escapism through nature and recreation while maintaining practical budgets. It embodies a harmonious blend of rustic charm and contemporary amenities, inviting guests to immerse themselves in The Blue Mountains' year-round activities. This hotel doesn't promise extravagance but delivers sincere hospitality, making it a trusted choice for visitors eager to explore and unwind with ease.

This hotel is great if you want to save some money but still be within walking distance to the village. It has an indoor pool and multiple outdoor hot tubs which is a bonus! There is so much to do at Blue all year around - we stay here in all seasons. Standard rooms are small, and beds can be wobbly. But for the price - and great location - it’s a 4/5!

Room and public areas are clean. We paid for a 4pm to 11am stay as a family with a baby. I check with the receptionist few minutes before 4pm, but the room is not ready yet. We were given a room at almost 4:45pm after asking their virtual assistant if we can check out late to compensate with the time lost in checking in. Additional staff is needed to ensure that rooms are readily available at the check-in time. Otherwise, hotel is worth the money.
